FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER IN CIP LOUNGES
Mô tả công việc

Job description: Be in charge of management standards and quality of food and customer services in CIP Lounges, to achieve strategic goals and expected business objectives.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

Management of standards and quality of food

  • Designs menus and establish the quality of food service at CIP Lounges with frequent changes to ensure attracting target customers
  • Organizes and maintains aesthetics and convenience of equipment and buffet layout at the lounges
  • Daily examines, supervises food services at the lounges (menus, services, visual display, hygiene and ect.)

Customer services management

  • Surveys, collects and analyses customer feedbacks to solve and improve services and customer satisfaction
  • Co-ordinates with related parties in preserve quality of service, promote the company’s image and brand with high standards in the customer’s mind

Coordinates with HR Dept. on making plan for coaching and training staffs, curriculum development and delivering the training 

Perform additional duties as requested by the Head Dept. and BOD

Requirements

  • University degree or above in related major
  • Well known in F&B service and high-quality standards
  • Fluent in English is a must, preferable speaking in various foreign languages
  • Excellent in MS Office
  • Good at leadership, negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
  • Organizational ability in works, events, and activities to achieve the goals
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or management level of an international 4-5 stars restaurants/hotels
  • Prior to expat candidates
